Cooking Suggestions
No full thaw is required. Rinse frozen halfshell scallops briefly. For cheese-baked scallops, top with shredded cheese and bake in oven until cheese turns golden-brown and bubbly. For grilling or barbecue, add garlic butter and seasonings, cook until scallop meat is fully opaque. They can also be steamed with garlic sauce. Avoid overcooking, as this will make the meat tough and rubbery. Ensure scallops are fully cooked before serving.
Storage Instructions
